CANCELLATION POLICY

Before Shipment

Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are shipped.

To cancel an order, contact our support team as soon as possible with your order details.

Once cancellation is confirmed, the refund will be initiated to the original payment method.
After Shipment

Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.

Customers may initiate a return request after delivery, subject to our Return Policy.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

COD orders can be cancelled before shipment.

Repeated cancellation of COD orders may result in restrictions on future COD purchases.
Refund for Cancelled Orders

Prepaid orders cancelled before shipment will be refunded in full.

Refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider and banking institution.

Qesh Store reserves the right to cancel any order due to:
